I wore the band from 29-39 weeks. The band helped in reducing the cramps in my legs. I did not have any more leg cramps while wearing the band. Also, the band helped with the sciatic nerve. I had severe pain in my back and right leg due to the sciatic nerve and wearing the band reduced the pain. It was easier to move around because I felt secure having support on my back as well as on my lower abdomen.
