My name is Symone; I am a new mom, of a three month old baby girl. Before my pregnancy I had a beautiful, stretch mark free, flat stomach at 140 pounds. After a long vaginal birth I weighed in at 190 pounds. I never knew the stress a baby puts on your body, sleep and looks. I thought I would have all the time to exercise after birth. Come to find out I didn’t even have enough time for sleep. Before trying on the garment I had my concerns, I thought it would make my butt look flat, surely I knew it would be uncomfortable with all day readjusting for comfort like other garments. When trying on the garment for the first time I was literally shocked; three and a half inches off my waist, my butt was firm, my love handles, waist, I mid section rolls and fat all disappeared. I ware this garment all day everyday with its extreme support and comfort. Within my three month experience with Mid Body Support, I am proud to write that I have lost 5 inches off my waist without exercising and eating whatever I want.

I got this support brief after having baby #2. I ordered it more to help with diastases recti (separation of stomach muscles), than to flatten my stomach. It offers great support and definitely makes my stomach appear slimmer when I have it on. It is very comfortable, and you can't see it under tighter clothing. I recommend this to all moms!
