Wearing this support garment shortly postpartum gave my abdomen and back the support it needed. My stomach was quite saggy after birth (sorry ladies, but it takes time for the skin and muscles to tighten up). The adjustable corset is brilliant because you can tighten it up as you shrink. I felt I had my body back faster since my abdomen was well supported.
